  3. Do I need any experience in martial arts or boxing to join? Not at all! Our sessions are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

  4. Is Beatbox suitable for women? Yes, Beatbox is suitable for women.

  5. How large are the classes? We keep it cosy. Each class has up to 15 participants, ensuring you get the attention and space you need to train effectively.

  6. What should I bring to my first class? Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and your workout gear. We'll provide the rest, including any necessary equipment.

  7. Will I get injured doing fight fitness? Safety is our top priority. Our workouts are designed to give you the fight fitness experience without the risk of contact injuries.
